The hotel room was spacious, providing ample space for relaxation. The pool area was clean and the pool bar had friendly staff. The food at the restaurant was reasonably good.
The hotel staff, especially at the front desk, were unwelcoming and rude. The location was far from the main attractions, requiring additional transportation to reach interesting places.

Marvellous location right on the beech and great area. Booked an amazingly comfortable room with western breakfast. Great, kind staff towards all guests.

While the grounds are lovely and the swimming pool is perfect for a relaxing day, the bed and breakfast experience may fall short. The room may lack sufficient sockets, the air conditioning may need improvement, and communication with staff can be challenging if they have limited English proficiency.

The hotel lives from mass tourism, every day about 400-700 guests, from the Middle Kingdom, change. Wheelchair room is Gartenhag view, no more.

Very comfortable and impressive hotel, very clean, great breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff with very good English skills. The shuttle service to the city is very good, as the hotel is located several kilometres outside the city. But it's quieter! Nice pool, very good service everywhere!
Many bus travelers therefore very much restless with very brightly hearing construction. It is not possible to swim on the beach in front of the hotel.
